Sleep Packages

This package includes the Slumber Bunnies Sleep Foundations for Newborns guide, and an educational call lasting up to one hour specifically for expectant parents; or parents of newborns. Get sleep guidance for infants aged 0-3 months, as well as general newborn care support.

Within these packages we will work on Sleep Foundations, recommendations based on your specific sleep goals, and Sleep Maintenance from a holistic perspective. We will take a responsive approach, meaning we will never be leaving children to cry alone, instead we will meet children (and parents) where they are and work to optimize sleep without using a rigid sleep training method.
Options include a 4-Week package and a 2-Week package.

This 60 minute call is for troubleshooting a specific sleep issue. It is ideal for parents who are experiencing minor issues, or a single issue that has caused a hiccup in their child’s sleep. It includes a review of your current problem, a sixty minute call to discuss my recommendations and answer your questions, and one follow up email which includes the detailed notes from our call and gives you the opportunity to ask any existing questions that have come up.

1 week of additional support, for existing clients only. Includes one week of email support during business hours, plus 1, 30 minute call to discuss persistent issues. Great for kids who may need additional support such as lifetime co-sleepers, adopted children, children with strong personalities, and multiples.
