You don’t have to do this alone; A  free discovery call is an opportunity to discuss your family’s sleep challenges and goals, and go over my sleep-coaching philosophy and process, to determine if my services are the right fit. 


Sleep Packages

  • This package includes the Slumber Bunnies Sleep Foundations for Newborns guide, and an educational call lasting up to one hour specifically for expectant parents; or parents of newborns. Get sleep guidance for infants aged 0-3 months, as well as general newborn care support.

  • Ages 4 months-17 months

    Infant Sleep Coaching Preparation Guide, Recommended Daily Schedule, Custom Sleep-Plan, 2 weeks of One on One Support

  • Ages 18 months-3 years

    Toddler Sleep Coaching Preparation Guide, Recommended Daily Schedule, Custom Sleep Plan, 3 weeks of One on One support

  • Ages 4-7 years

    School Aged Sleep Coaching Preparation Guide, Parent/Child Workbook, custom Sleep Plan, 4 weeks of One on One support

  • $50

    This 30 minute call is for troubleshooting a specific sleep issue. It is for parents who have already sleep-trained their child, and just need some extra support. Great for children who are going through transitions such as sleeping in a “big-kid” bed, room-sharing with a sibling, experiencing nightmares, or potty training for nights.

  • $125

    1 week of additional support, for existing clients only. Includes one week of email support during business hours, plus 1, 30 minute call to discuss persistent issues. Great for kids who may need additional support such as lifetime co-sleepers, adopted children, children with strong personalities, and multiples.

Meet your Sleep Coach

Hi, I’m Rebecca Shannon. Thank you for being here!

I am a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and Newborn Care Specialist, as well as a mother of two wonderful kiddos. I hold a Master’s degree in teaching and a Virginia Teaching License. I spent the first ten years of my career as an educator, so I know how much sleep impacts both the working parent, and the learning child. After sleep-coaching my own daughter I was blown away by how life changing it was for our family. It gave our daughter the energy to develop and thrive, it gave my husband and I our alone time back, and it gave me a new passion, which I now get to share with folks like you every day. 

Let’s be honest, this is about more than your child sleeping, because when they sleep, you get to care for yourself again. When they sleep you read, workout, go on a date, watch a movie, have a glass of wine, or any number of countless things that frankly, make us parents feel human!
