4-Week Holistic Sleep Coaching Package
(Ages 0-7)
Within this package we will work on Sleep Foundations, Nights, Naps, and Sleep Maintenance from a holistic perspective. This is a responsive approach, meaning we will never be leaving children to cry alone, instead we will meet children (and parents) where they are and work to optimize sleep without using a rigid sleep training method.
This package includes:
An extensive intake to fully understand your family’s current sleep situation
(4) sixty minute calls, one per week for 4 weeks
Intake/Sleep Foundations/Initial Recommendations
Week 1 Follow Up/Ongoing Recommendations/Nights
Week 2 Follow Up/Ongoing Recommendations/Naps
Week 3 Follow Up/Ongoing Recommendations/Sleep Maintenance (discussing ongoing goals, and upcoming challenges)
Daily Monitoring of Sleep Logs Mon-Fri
Daily access to me through Text/Email during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)
